How to Book a Course
You can email us at [email protected] or call either Andy Cecil on 07917 589 478 or Damien Koziol on 07900 278 102. We will forward our application form to you. Once completed and returned, your place on the course will be confirmed on receipt of your full payment or your 25% deposit depending on how you choose to pay. If paying monthly by direct debit, your place will be confirmed on receipt of your 25% deposit. Direct debit payments made over 11 months’ amount to 10% more than payments up front.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. If monthly payment is chosen, a 25% deposit is required with your booking – The course Fees (less 25% deposit) will be split over the remaining 11months. Payment made in full with your booking will be 10% cheaper overall. Where a delegate chooses the monthly payment plan, you will be required to complete a direct debit form to be set up for the payment term.
Course prices
Course prices were set on 1st January 2017 and override any previous pricing structure or previous published pricing. Newkoz Ltd, t/a The Alternative Board (Basingstoke) reviews its prices regularly to ensure are courses offer value for money and are in line with competitors and market conditions. We reserve the right to alter prices at our own discretion. Completion of the course booking form is required at the time you sign up for a course. You will not be enrolled on a program until payment or your deposit (whichever is applicable) is received. Instead, you will be placed in a reservation status for the course. Course prices are available on request and shown on the booking form, booking acknowledgments on the course web site at: http://basingstokegrowthclub.weebly.com/
Payment Terms
Payment must have been received in full by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the course booked. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of delegate access to the “Basingstoke Growth Club” Program booked. Bookings made less than 14 days prior to the start date must be paid at the time of booking. VAT is added to all accounts at the prevailing rate. Newkoz Ltd t/a The Alternative Board (Basingstoke) retains the right to withdraw access to the course.
Method of Payment Includes:
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day ‘cooling off period’ from the date you booked your course either verbally or in writing or booked online in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are will refund your payment in full within 30 days of your notice of cancellation which must be made in writing. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period, please call 01256 830333 or email [email protected]. Once you have begun training we are unable to offer any refund even if your first day of training is within the cooling off period. Where multi module courses are booked the cooling off period for all of the modules / parts of the course begins on the first day of booking the first course or module. Where multi course parts and modules are booked the cancellation period begins on the first day of booking for the first course for all courses.
In the event of cancellation by Newkoz LtdWe will always aim to run our courses as advertised however we reserve the right to cancel any events, webinars, courses as and when circumstances arise outside of our control. Where an event is undersubscribed the Newkoz Ltd team reserve the right to cancel the event accordingly. All monies will be fully refunded upon written request and every effort will be made to run the event as planned. Alternatively, delegates will have the option to book onto another course.
Refreshments We supply refreshments in the form of tea and coffee during the morning and mid-afternoon breaks. Water is available throughout the day. A light buffet lunch is included. If you have any specific dietary needs, please make us aware of this at the time of booking.
Enrolment and Class Confirmation
You will receive an enrolment acknowledgement via email within five days of enrolling the program. The program is non-residential and travel is at the cost and responsibility of the delegate. Your position on the course booked is not guaranteed until your deposit payment (if paying monthly) or your payment in full has been received. In the unusual exception that a class must be rescheduled, notification of the change will be sent.
Pre-Training Course Consultation
To make sure the course is right for the delegate, a free pre-training course consultation with Andy Cecil or Damien Koziol who will jointly be running the “Basingstoke Growth Club” program will be held. This might be in the form of a telephone call / skype call or a face to face meeting.
Delegate Substitutions
Delegate substitutions are not permitted at any time.
Delegate Refunds
We recommend you read and understand our Terms of Business prior to booking onto any of our programs. If in any doubt, please call us on 01256 830333 or email [email protected] for clarity. We are unable to refund course fees in the event you choose to leave during a course. Furthermore, the full fee remains due and payable if a delegate fails to attend any session. No refund will be issued under these circumstances. Newkoz Ltd will refund course fees in full subject to the following:
Full attendance is required as a condition of taking part in the program. In case of illness or unavoidable emergency that results in partial attendance, every effort will be made to make-up time and this will be discussed on a 1-2-1 basis. Everyone attending the program is running a business and naturally very busy. We ask you to be respectful of your Peers time and commitment to ensure full value is gained by all.
Delegate No Show
If a delegate fails to attend any session, the full fee remains due and payable. No credit will be issued under these circumstances.
Length of the “The Basingstoke Growth Club” Program
Each program runs for 12 months and is delivered over 12 x 8 hours (1 day) sessions. Dates will be advised at time of booking
Course Code of Conduct & Behaviour
Delegates attending Newkoz Ltd courses and programs are expected to act in a professional manner to other Attendees, Instructors, and Newkoz Ltd staff while attending a course. Complaints from venue staff or fellow delegates will be investigated and may result in you being asked to leave the course. In these circumstances, no refund of course fees will be given. If you are experiencing difficulty whilst attending the course, please speak to one of the course trainers who will be happy to help. It is the delegates responsibility to complete all pre-course work and take part in course activities, workshops, skill sets, skill evaluation and class discussions. If the delegate chooses not to contribute to in-session activities, or is absent, or late for sessions Newkoz Ltd cannot be held responsible for any detrimental impact on individual delegate learning outcomes. It is the responsibility of the delegate to book and settle all personal expenses, travel and refreshments not provided within the course terms. Failure to abide by this policy may result in your dismissal from a course and forfeiture of your program fee(s).

- Where at least 1 months’ notice is given prior to the course start date, we offer a 100% refund.
- Where 3 weeks or less is given, 50% will be refunded. This is done solely to protect up-front costs and the remaining courses delegates as we work in small groups and this allows us to continue with the course when delegates cancel last minute.
